FAQ

1.Q What is the difference between standard definition and high definition in your video options, and what does Mbps stand for?

1.A High definition (HD) video has a higher image resolution and requires a faster internet connection. The standard definition (SD) versions are for slower internet conections, older computers and for earlier versions of the Adobe Flash Player.

Mega bits per second (Mbps) measures the speed of your connection to the internet. If you are unsure of your connection speed, check out speedtest.net

2. Q: While viewing your hunting and fishing videos, playback freezes momentarily then starts up again. What's the problem?

2. A: That's a good indication that your internet connection speed isn't quite fast enough for streaming video. Here's a fix, pause the player by clicking anywere on the video. Let it load anywhere from a few seconds up to a few minutes depending on your connection speed. Then simply click on the video again to (hopefully) enjoy uninterupted playback.

3. Q The video won't show up, it just leaves a big blank area on the page

.

3. A It's a fact that over 90% of online videos (including ours) use the Adobe Flash Player. Also, our HD versions require Flash Player 9 or later. Download the newest version directly from Adobe here. You should also make sure there is't a flash disabling add-on installed into your browser.

4. Q: Is there a way to view your videos fullscreen?

4. A: Absolutely! Simply click on the fullscreen button on the lower right hand side of the player.
